One half deposit is due at time of ordering. Balance is due before shipping. Checks must clear 5 days before items will be shipped. Payments with Credit cards and money orders will be processed immediately. We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover. |

Refusals |
If a customer refuses a package without good reason, a 10% handling charge plus shipping will be charged. |
Cancellations |
All special orders confirmed by customer service cannot be canceled if the garment is already in production. All garments in production will be shipped as ordered. All shipping dates are subject to change without notice. The company shall not be responsible for any delays based on circumstances beyond its control. |
Options |
Sleeves - Sleeve Change: A robe sleeve may be substituted for another style from collection for an additional charge of $25.00.
Accessories- Organza scarf kerchiefs, Bible bags, and clergy collars.

Robes fabrics are Crepes and Crepe back satin and Poplin. Colors are listed with each robe description. |

Black White, Ivory, Wine, Gold, Purple, Burgundy, Silver, Royal Blue, Navy, Golden Sand and Red. Additional colors available through special orders. |
Corded Piping |

Prepayment |
To prepay your order, kindly call for the total cost of your merchandise plus shipping and handling to ensure proper delivery. fabric Samples will be provided with the receipt of a stamped self addressed envelope. |
Returned Checks |
There is a $34.00 service charge for each returned check. |
