Errors
ANY ERRORS ATTRIBUTED TO THE FAULT OF THE BRIDE OF CHRIST ROBES COMPANY WILL BE CORRECTED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR ERRORS NOT ATTRIBUTED TO THE BRIDE OF CHRISTS ROBE COMPANY. ALL ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED IN A TIMELY FASHION.

We now offer a FLAT RATE SHIPPING
on all orders shipped in the USA.
Terms
One half deposit is due at time of ordering. Balance is due before shipping. Checks must clear 5 days before items will be shipped. Payments with Credit cards and money orders will be processed immediately. We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover.
Refunds/Returns
NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. One half deposit is due at time of ordering. Balance is due before shipping. Checks must clear 10 days before items will be shipped. Payments with Credit cards and money orders will be processed immediately. We accept all major credit cards.
Refusals
If a customer refuses a package without good reason, a 10% handling charge plus shipping will be charged.
Cancellations
All special orders confirmed by customer service cannot be canceled if the garment is already in production. All garments in production will be shipped as ordered. All shipping dates are subject to change without notice. The company shall not be responsible for any delays based on circumstances beyond its control.
Options
Sleeves - Sleeve Change: A robe sleeve may be substituted for another style from collection for an additional charge which is discussed at the time of order. Accessories - Organza scarf kerchiefs, Bible bags, and clergy collars.
Fabrics
We use durable finished poplin (a breathable fabric). Colors are listed with each robe description. Fabric samples are available upon request.
Robe Colors
Dramatic Black, Pure White, Rich Ivory, Wine, Golden Sand/Gold, Indigo Purple, Burgundy, Stainless Steel Silver, Royal Blue, Navy, Sunflower Yellow and Crimson Red. Please note that not every robe is available in the listed colors; refer to the color availability lister per robe. Additional colors may be available through special orders.
Accent Colors
Gold, Ivory, Off White, Black, Silver, Red. Additional colors may be requested.
Flexible Payment Options
A 50% deposit is required to start the robe creation process. The robe balance is due prior to shipping your robe. We except all major Credit Cards, Certified or Personal Checks and Money Orders.
Returned Checks
There is a $34.00 service charge for each returned check.
Upon completion of the Fitting Profile form above, one of two things will happen. (1) A red box will appear around any specific item you may need to return to and complete or (2) You will receive a quick "Thank You" message for your submission. We will be in contact regarding the specs you've provided, at the phone/email address you supply on this form. Please contact our office if you have not received a verbal/email response to your submission within 3 to 5 business days.
